The problem

Two friends wanted to open an online shop selling customisable photobooks: the kind you make for a friend, a partner, a parent. Shopify could run the shop, but not the part where a customer designs the book. They asked me to build the storefront.

What I built

A Shopify Hydrogen storefront with a photobook editor built on Fabric.js, so customers lay out their pages in the browser and order the result. I worked from regular sessions with the founders and matched their designer’s branding across the store.
