The problem

I’m working towards a Chinese certification, and I keep the course notes and vocabulary in their own workspace. I wanted spaced repetition on exactly the words from that course, but not bolted onto the notes: a clean, separate app I can open on my phone on the train.

What I built

A phone-first spaced-repetition app that imports the words I’ve learned as banks, schedules reviews, and tracks what I know. The notes stay the source of the vocabulary; the app owns all the review state, so the notes stay clean. On top of plain flashcards it has listening cards, burying a card until tomorrow, and a daily review cap I can set from Settings.
